Our process, from first enquiry to final handover.

Call or email our team to discuss your needs and ask as many questions as you need. This is where we get to understand your goals and how we can help.

Once a layout has been chosen, we talk in more detail about colours, finishes and how the design can work best with your site.

Based on what we have discussed, we provide an initial price estimate and answer any outstanding questions you may have.

If you are happy with the initial pricing, we move into the design process. We will conduct a site inspection and request a site survey.

Once your site survey is completed, we draft the plans for your home and confirm compliance with our Assessment Team.

With final pricing confirmed, contracts are signed and plans are submitted for approval through either your Local Council or a Private Certifier, depending on the project requirements.

Once formal approval is in place, your plans are issued for construction. At this stage, we provide a timeline for delivery and installation, and coordinate any required site works with you.

Your home is ready. We coordinate delivery to site and oversee the installation process.

Our work is complete and your new space is ready for you to enjoy.
